Taxes & Customs fees

We dispatch orders from our main depot in Hong Kong. We are unable to include customs charges and import taxes in our prices, because these vary on the cross rates. There is always a possibility of your consignment being subject to random inspection. We recommend you ask your local customs office how much you could pay before confirming.

Order Processing

Please allow two business days for drawing stock, quality inspecting it and preparing for shipping. Remember to order early if you are purchasing a gift. We will stay in touch via email. If an item is out of stock, we will place you on backorder, and ship the goods as soon as they arrive.

International Shipping

We dispatch our products worldwide, and aim to have these leave our dispatch center within one to two business days of order. When we ship, we send you a confirming message and tracking number for our carrier’s website. If all goes well, you should receive your package within 14 business days (assuming you decided to pay the standard courier rate).

Free Worldwide Shipping (minimum order amount of US$90) – Delivery 10 to 14 business days
Standard Shipping (Fixed rate US$20, for order amount below US$90) – Delivery 10 to 14 business days
Express Shipping (Fixed rate US$38) – Delivery 4 business days or more

The above are approximations. We cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control anywhere in the delivery funnel.

Important Notice

Customers are responsible for settling import tariffs, customs duties, third party fees and any amounts levied for clearance through customs. We cannot ship to AFO / FPO addresses, or Post Office boxes because our couriers require signature on delivery.
