How Orders Work
Q: How can I pay you? Do you accept cards?
A: We welcome payments by PayPal and major credit cards including American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. When checking out, simply choose the PayPal method, scroll down, register and nominate your chosen credit card.
Q How can I confirm you shipped my order?
A: We provide a tracking code with every order confirmation. Copy and paste this into the courier’s search pane. Now you can track your order all the way to you.
Q: When can I expect delivery?
A: Allow one to two business days for order processing, and ten to fourteen business days for delivery using standard rates. If you are in a hurry, choose the paid-by-user express rate instead.
Q: Can I collect an item from one of your offices?
A: Unfortunately not, as these are administrative centers only and we ship from Hong Kong. We have a network of accredited agents. Please click on resellers page to find the accredited reseller conveniently nearest to you.
Shipping FAQ’s
Q: I live in another country – can I order from you?
A: That’s no problem at all! We ship all over the world every day.
Can you send to P.O. Box, or AFO / FPO addresses?
A: We are unable to at present, but are investigating ways to do so in the near future.
Q: What delivery timings, shipping options, and shipping rates are available?
A: We dispatch goods ordered from our web shop within two business days, with the following options going forward:
• Express Shipping (Fixed rate US$38) – Delivery 4 Days or more
• Free Worldwide Shipping – Delivery 10 to 14 days
The above are approximations. We cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control.
Q: Can you deliver to my place of work?
A: Of course we can, we deliver anywhere on the planet where there is a person to receive the goods.
Q: Do you ship orders to work addresses?
A: Of course! We can ship to your permanent residential address or your place of employment.
Q: I live in another country. Will I have to pay customs duty?
A: We don’t include customs charges and import taxes in our prices. Most time you will not have to pay anything, although there is always a chance of a random inspection, and then you might have to pay something. Inquire locally before you order.
Q: Can I follow progress after I order?
A: We confirm dispatch, and provide a tracking number so you can follow progress on our courier’s website.
Q: What is your shipping policy?

Returns and Exchanges
Q: Can I exchange or return an item with you I purchased from a reseller?
A: We are unable to do so because of tax considerations. Please contact the dealer who sold you the product. You can search for them at resellers page.
Q: What happens if I want to exchange or return something?
A: Please visit our exchange and returns policy at this LINK to have your questions answered. You are welcome to email us at help@cronometrics.com if you still have an unanswered question.
Q: How long does it take to process my request?
A: We aim to process refunds within 10 days of receipt of goods, provided they are in the same condition they left our depot. In the case of exchanges, allow one to two days for order processing, and ten to fourteen days for delivery using standard rates. If you are in a hurry, you are welcome to pay the express rate.
Q: You sent me the wrong refund / replacement item. What should I do now?
A: Please email us at this help@cronometrics.com describing the problem, and we will resolve this as quickly as we can.

Q: Where can I get an instruction manual for my watch?
A: Please refer to Manuals page for more information.
Q: What is not covered under the Cronometrics International Warranty?
A: Your watch is protected against any defects in movement/mechanism and workmanship that may occur under normal usage for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Within this period your watch will be repaired free of charge, except for a shipping/handling and insurance fee. See Cronometrics International Limited Warranty or Care and Maintenance for more information.
Q: What is not covered under the Cronometrics International Warranty?
(A) Batteries, Case, Glass, Clasp, Bracelet, Strap.
(B) Incorrect or abusive use, accidental damage, inexpert or unauthorized repair.
(C) Normal wear and tear, discoloring occurring through normal usage.
(D) Water penetration through misuse.

Q: I like what I see. Can I become a Cronometrics Reseller?
A: You are welcome to apply, provided you have a licensed retail store. Please visit this our contact page and complete the enquiry form. You are also welcome to help@cronometrics.com with a more general enquiry. If you meet our standards, we will disclose reseller prices and set up your account.
